Each person who lives at Spring Bank Farm is at the centre of everything we do.
Our staff team are trained to meet individual needs and key-workers are chosen according to each person’s preference. The home and facilities are designed and adapted with individuals in mind and our policies and practices are centred on the people we support.
Our service is managed and delivered by experienced social care professionals working alongside a director with experience of family care to provide an innovative, needs-led service focussing on what is best for each individual.
Our Inspiration
“Our younger son, Michael, has complex and challenging needs. He has showed us how he can make choices, achieve goals and be happy in the right environment, with easy access to a range of activities and with the support of staff who understand his individual needs. He has written our mission statement by his life and is the inspiration behind the creation of Spring Bank Farm.”
